Backpacks to Meet Essential Needs Free: Backpacks are provided to offenders
released from the Missouri Department of Corrections after their
parole officer assesses their need. The screening will also identify
if the client needs a bus pass. The offender is then given a voucher
which can be redeemed at Boone County Community Partnership where
s/he will pick up the backpack.
